LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANIES - WEED CONTROL

The Nevada Department of Agriculture through the Pest Control Licensing Section and NRS 555 and NAC 555 requires that all pest control companies be licensed in specific categories of pest control for which they apply pesticides. The Nevada Department of Agriculture has made available the following list of Licensed Pest Control Companies who are capable of doing various aspects of weed pest control. Please contact each pest control company direct to confirm that that company is eligible (licensed in the correct category of pest control / weed control) to conduct weed control for your specific project.

The following fields and categories are established for the licensing of pest control applicators and companies in weed control:

  1. Aerial - The use of aircraft on standing or running water, rangeland
    or cropland.

Herbicides (A2) - The application of herbicides and plant growth regulators.

  2. Agricultural Ground - The use of ground equipment on rangeland,
    cropland or animals.
